Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain case logs
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a virtual team
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
