Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using established protocols and documentation
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data confidentiality
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet weekly performance targets for resolution times and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in virtual teams
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
