Tanggung Jawab
- Manage 50+ B2B client accounts to ensure adoption and satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase retention and expansion revenue
- Conduct weekly check-ins and quarterly business reviews with key clients
- Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback and feature requests
- Track and analyze client health metrics using Salesforce and Gainsight
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement recovery plans
- Document client interactions and success stories in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years in B2B customer success or account management
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Gainsight)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven approach with analytical mindset
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
- Ability to work across time zones (Pacific/Mountain hours)
- Relevant certification (CSM, CSS) a plus
