- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing needs and resolving issues
- Identify expansion opportunities and upsell/cross-sell solutions
- Analyze customer usage data to improve product adoption and satisfaction
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and performance reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B customer success or account management
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven mindset
- Experience in SaaS industry or technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote work environment
