Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer adoption and retention
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing concerns and identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence product roadmap
- Analyze usage data to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and present tailored solutions
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement intervention strategies to prevent churn
- Document client interactions, account health metrics, and action items in CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience developing client-centric solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience working in SaaS or technology industry preferred
