Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic customer onboarding plans to maximize product adoption
- Act as primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
- Analyze customer usage data to identify upsell opportunities and reduce churn
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and drive feature enhancements
- Create customized success plans for high-value accounts to achieve quarterly KPIs
- Proactively address potential roadblocks through quarterly business reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B customer success or account management experience
- Proven ability to manage enterprise client relationships with $100K+ ARR
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Self-motivated with strong time management in remote environments
- Experience with SaaS products and subscription-based models
