Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic success plans for 50+ enterprise accounts
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders
- Identify expansion opportunities and upsell/cross-sell solutions
- Collaborate with product team to relay customer feedback
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction and retention metrics
- Lead implementation of new clients via virtual onboarding
- Generate monthly performance reports and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B SaaS customer success/account management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Technical aptitude to troubleshoot complex integrations
- Remote work experience with self-motivated discipline
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology or equivalent
