Responsibilities
- Manage client portfolios and develop strategic success plans
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues to ensure retention
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align client needs
- Analyze usage data to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
- Train clients on platform features and best practices
- Develop and maintain client relationship documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- High-speed internet and dedicated home office space
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
