Responsibilities
- Proactively onboard and guide clients through platform adoption and utilization
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans
- Act as primary point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution
- Analyze usage data to drive product improvements and client retention
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align client needs with business goals
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and present ROI insights
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or SaaS support
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote work environments
- Experience in SaaS industries preferred
