Responsibilities
- Manage daily communication with clients via phone, email, and chat to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct proactive outreach to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations efficiently and professionally.
- Document all client interactions and account status updates in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to provide valuable client feedback.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new remote clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or client relations (remote or in-office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision.
