Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client portfolios across Atlanta's SMB market
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Deliver product training and ROI optimization sessions
- Collaborate with Atlanta-based sales teams on upsell initiatives
- Resolve client escalations with SLA-focused solutions
- Document client interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Analyze usage data to drive adoption and retention
Qualifications
- 3+ years SaaS customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record in Atlanta's business landscape preferred
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in remote team environments
- Experience with HR tech platforms (BambooHR, Gusto, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
