Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and expand relationships with a portfolio of 50+ enterprise clients
- Identify growth opportunities through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives
- Develop and implement personalized success plans aligned with client business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and ensure seamless experiences
- Analyze usage data to provide actionable insights that enhance product adoption
- Drive quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders to demonstrate ROI
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or related SaaS experience
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and growth targets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
