Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of 50+ enterprise clients to ensure high adoption rates and satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify upsell opportunities and revenue growth
- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, ensuring timely resolution of technical and operational issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to deliver seamless client experiences
- Analyze usage data and client feedback to provide actionable insights for product improvement
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and prepare customized performance reports
- Maintain accurate client documentation in CRM and knowledge management systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and upsell targets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience resolving client escalations
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience with CRM platforms and data analysis tools
