Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by clarifying the problem, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
- Educate customers about products and services by answering questions and explaining technical details.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database accurately.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a reliable computer with a high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and ability to navigate multiple computer windows simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
