Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues and complaints by investigating problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about product updates and service changes to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
