Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product guidance
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and update customer profiles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet KPIs for response time (avg. <60 sec) and first-contact resolution
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Must be physically located in Virginia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
