Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues or product inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to service protocols.
- Adhere to all company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (remote experience is a strong advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
