- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in daily team huddles and bi-weekly training sessions
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through quality support
- Adapt to new technologies and evolving product knowledge
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
