Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat with 95% customer satisfaction rate
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce and escalate complex problems to Tier 2 support
- Train customers on software features and best practices during onboarding sessions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to report bugs and suggest product improvements
- Meet daily SLA targets of 25+ resolved cases with average handle time under 10 minutes
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights and process optimizations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical customer support experience with SaaS products
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and remote collaboration platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS, networking, and mobile devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication with empathy-first approach
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
