Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document cases accurately in CRM system and maintain detailed call logs
- Collaborate with technical team to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell additional services
- Meet daily performance metrics (handle time, resolution rate)
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote environment
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
