Responsibilities
- Resolve customer technical issues via phone, chat, and email with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document cases in CRM systems and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex product bugs
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium service tiers
- Conduct weekly training sessions on new product features
- Monitor support ticket queues and maintain SLA compliance
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical customer support or helpdesk role
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
