Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within 15-minute SLA
- Utilize Zendesk and Salesforce CRM systems for case management
- Document interactions and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex problems
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score
- Participate in daily team huddles and bi-weekly training
- Update knowledge base articles for recurring issues
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer support experience
- Proficiency in CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Ability to work PST business hours (8am-5pm)
- Basic troubleshooting for software/hardware issues
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
