Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues and product questions using CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Document interactions and update customer profiles in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain 95% availability during scheduled shifts
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and clear communication
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to cover evenings/weekends as needed
