Responsibilities
- Provide responsive customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for enterprise clients
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams on complex problem-solving
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Conduct product training sessions for new clients
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer support or technical support roles
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Strong diagnostic skills for SaaS applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Tech certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT) preferred
