Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries using CRM and knowledge base tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain customer profiles
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master new products and processes
- Meet key performance metrics: First Contact Resolution (FCR) and Average Handle Time (AHT)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Strong time management with ability to adapt to flexible schedules
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Associates degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
