Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Support: Answer inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical problems or account-related questions efficiently.
- Manage Records: Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the engineering and sales teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Documentation: Document all customer interactions and resolutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Adherence: Follow all company policies and procedures, including strict data privacy guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical assistance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work a weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
