Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot technical problems for clients and provide step-by-step guidance to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications
