- Document cases accurately in Salesforce CRM with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Proactively identify process improvements and implement solutions
- Maintain 15+ daily case resolution targets while adhering to SLAs
- Train customers on product features through virtual demos
- Participate in weekly team huddles and quarterly performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience with remote work exposure
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional communication skills with empathetic problem-solving approach
