Responsibilities

- Document support cases using Zendesk with precise detail and urgency
- Collaborate with Detroit-based specialists for complex issue escalation
- Identify product improvement opportunities and communicate feedback

- Participate in bi-weekly Detroit team syncs via virtual meeting
Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer support or tech troubleshooting
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional written communication skills
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
