- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the internal team to escalate complex issues and propose process improvements.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the scope of customer support.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or sales is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polite tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Must be a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
