Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and transaction history in our CRM system.
- Provide clear and accurate product and service information to guide customers.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate and resolve escalated tickets.
- Stay updated on product features and policy changes to provide accurate support.
- Adhere to company quality assurance standards during every call.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must reside in Pennsylvania or Ohio (or be willing to relocate).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM and handle multiple windows simultaneously.
