Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Automate reporting processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies for team reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
