Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and support business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying; strong coding skills in Python or R.
- Visualization: Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with big data technologies is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
