Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of structured and unstructured data to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and optimize data pipelines.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing, validation, and documentation procedures.
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside within the Colorado Springs metropolitan area.
