- Advanced Visualization: Create compelling, interactive dashboards and static reports using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Automated Reporting: Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to streamline business operations.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of data sources, methodologies, and key findings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for data querying and Python (Pandas) for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Expertise in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to leadership.
