Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Miami and Illinois to define data requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Optimize data pipelines and improve reporting efficiency using SQL and Python.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
