Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and opportunities
- Design interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Present findings to clients through compelling data visualizations and storytelling
- Optimize data collection methodologies to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical modeling
- Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with ETL processes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate analytics into strategy
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing presentations
