Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and develop interactive, high-impact dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and ensure accurate data visualization.
- Maintain and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure real-time data accuracy and accessibility.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and risk assessment.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and complex querying.
- Extensive experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis and scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
