Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries that translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and improve existing data collection processes and workflows.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to assist in future budgeting and resource allocation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and strong knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Expert level experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors in data and a commitment to high-quality deliverables.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
