Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract data from various databases and sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, track project progress, and report on outcomes.
- Perform statistical analysis to support business decision-making processes.
- Document data models, processes, and methodologies to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Excel (advanced functions, VBA).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
