Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise software and hardware systems
- Resolve complex network connectivity and security issues remotely
- Document all troubleshooting steps and customer interactions
- Collaborate with global teams using ticketing systems and chat platforms
- Proactively monitor system performance during night shift hours
- Train junior staff on advanced diagnostic procedures
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or relevant technical experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expert troubleshooting skills for Windows/Linux environments
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- High-speed home internet access (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM Central Time
