Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems, databases, and data warehouses
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies through statistical analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to leadership teams through clear visual storytelling
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or data science roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must reside in Wichita, KS area for tax compliance purposes
