- Perform data audits and reconciliation for 50+ daily transactions
- Generate weekly reports for department heads using Excel/SQL
- Collaborate with medical staff via virtual meetings to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive healthcare information
- Train on proprietary healthcare data management systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in medical or financial data entry
- Minimum 10,000 keystrokes per minute with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance protocols
- Associate's degree in Health Information Management preferred
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours (9am-5pm)
