- Process insurance claims and billing information with 99.9% accuracy
- Perform daily data audits and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Generate monthly compliance reports for regulatory bodies
- Maintain organized digital archives with strict version control
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve data inconsistencies
- Train on proprietary data management systems during onboarding
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of medical data entry experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- WPM typing speed of 65+ with 100% accuracy
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Associates degree in Health Information Management
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Self-motivated with proven remote work history
