Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and error resolution with meticulous attention to detail
- Process high-volume transactions while meeting daily productivity targets
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and data visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency across departments
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Train on new software systems and process improvements quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, Word formatting) and Google Workspace
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in data management a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask in deadline-driven environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
