Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and account information into our secure database systems with a focus on 100% data integrity.
- Review and verify data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information before final submission.
- Scan, upload, and organize digital documents and physical files into the central repository.
- Reconcile data discrepancies by researching and correcting errors in the system.
- Assist in maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive client and corporate information.
- Communicate effectively with the data management team to clarify instructions and resolve data issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
