Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and account information into our centralized database systems.
- Review data for discrepancies, errors, or omissions and correct them immediately.
- Perform regular audits of data batches to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Transcribe data from physical documents, emails, and digital files into digital formats.
- Assist in the organization and archiving of digital records to ensure easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with the team lead regarding data discrepancies or technical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Demonstrated ability to type at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace in San Diego (or remote).
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
