- Enter and update customer and company data into various software systems and databases with 99% accuracy.
- Verify and correct errors in data entry to ensure information is current and reliable.
- Sort, organize, and file physical or electronic documents as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data discrepancies or urgent requests.
- Perform regular backups of data to prevent loss of information.
- Assist in generating weekly reports and maintaining spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and confidentiality policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous data entry experience is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
