We are looking for a meticulous individual to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our client databases and ensuring that all information is processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and product data into our secure, cloud-based database systems.
- Verify and cross-reference data to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Communicate effectively with the remote team lead regarding task priorities and deadlines.
- Assist in the transcription of documents and creation of reports using spreadsheet software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Must be located within the United States (specifically Kentucky).
