- Review and verify data for errors, omissions, and inconsistencies before finalizing entries.
- Transcribe handwritten documents and digital images into digital formats with high precision.
- Perform routine data cleansing to ensure database accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in generating weekly reports and analyzing data trends for management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy (90%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
